Tillandsia 'Wonga' is a popular hybrid of Tillandsia mallemontii x Tillandsia duratii. This plant is characterised by its dark/grey leaves with purple hues when exposed to high light and by its wavy and somewhat spirally curled leaves. It produces a long bract with numerous scented, lilac flowers. It produces numerous shoots forming dense groups over time. Very hardy plant.
