Given the nature of the products, each plant or craft support is unique, and may present slight differences in size, color or shape. The photos are indicative and it is possible that they present small and minute differences between the photos and the purchased product. In each product there is clear and detailed general information on particularities, colors, size and other characteristics of each of the products for sale in this online store. We recommend reviewing and reading the information of each product before making the purchase. All our available plants are sent in perfect health and growth conditions, as well as any type of accessory purchased.
All of our plants are shipped bare root.
Product prices and taxes
The prices of the products appear detailed at all times in each product and this does not change at the end of the purchase. All prices include VAT. Shipping costs are excluded from the price marked on each item and are clearly shown in a detailed breakdown when placing an order. The prices of the articles and plants are subject to any change by Tilaria, when it deems appropriate and without prior notice, depending on the availability or exclusivity of the plants or products.
Availability of the products
Given the rarity and exclusivity of some plants and their limited quantity, all items for sale are subject to availability at the time of purchase. In the event that the products purchased are out of stock or the items cannot be offered, you will be notified immediately and any amount you have made will be refunded.
You can pay for your orders with the following methods:
-Wire transfer. The total amount must be paid within the next 24 hours after placing the order, the plants will be reserved for you during that period of time. Once the transfer is received, the order will be packed and shipped.
-Credit / debit card. The transactions you carry out are 100% secure (3D Secure 2).
The proof of purchase that corresponds to the order will be sent to your email together with the order confirmation.
Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by their issuing entity, but if said entity does not authorize payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we will not be able to formalize any contract with you.
You must notify us of any undue or fraudulent charge on the card used for payment, by email or by phone, in the shortest time possible, so that we can take the appropriate steps.
Credit card fraud is a crime, Tilaria will take legal action against anyone who makes a fraudulent transaction in our online store.
Shipping methods and policy
As a general rule, packages are sent within 48 hours of receipt of payment to the address provided by the customer.
Shipments in national territory are made through the Post Office or UPS with a tracking number and delivery with signature.
You can also select the option to pick up your order at our usual point of sale in the Tordera market, at calle de l'Amistat No. 5 from 9am to 2pm, a notification or confirmation of a prior appointment being essential.
You can select the shipment you prefer the most.
For international shipments only through UPS with tracking number and delivery with signature.
Once the shipment is made, you will be provided with the tracking number of the package.
Shipping charges include handling and packaging charges, as well as postage. The total cost of shipments is:

-9 € for Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Andorra.
-13 € for Portugal.

We advise you to group all your items in the same order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied for each one individually.
We only ship to countries within the EU. We do not ship to the Canary Islands. Likewise, if you have any questions or interests in our plants, do not hesitate to write to us and we will do our best to serve you.
Delivery times are provided by the courier companies. These deadlines, for reasons beyond Tilaria's control, may be affected by delays, something that Tilaria is not responsible for. However, do not hesitate to notify us of any delay or problem with the courier company, in order to give notice and, if necessary, file your corresponding claim.
All orders come with the respective documentation required by Regulation 2016/2031 for the trade and transport of plant material (phytosanitary passport).
Given the nature of the product and in the case of perishable products, Tilaria is not responsible for any damage that the contents of the package may suffer during the trip. Likewise, our special packaging guarantees great protection of plants and products, making it very difficult for them to suffer any damage. The boxes are large and robust, isolating and protecting the content.
The product will only be returned in the event of an error in the correspondence between the item purchased and the item received, for example, by mistake in the plant variety. In this case, the client will have to notify Tilaria of the error during the 14 calendar days after receiving the package.
The item (s) must be returned in their original packaging and in the same conditions in which they were sent by Tilaria. The shipping costs in case of return have no cost for the customer.
Tilaria, as it deems appropriate, will return the customer with the product initially purchased or will return the amount of the price paid by the customer for the items purchased within 30 calendar days from the notification of the error. The amount will be returned through the same means of payment in which they were received.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
Contracts for the purchase of products through our site will be governed by Spanish law.
