Esta variedad de Tillandsia vernicosa es algo mas pequeña y con hojas verde oscuro. Hojas duras al tacto, bractea floral ramificada de color rojo vibrante, flores con pétalos de color blanco. Es una planta rústica, de fácil cuidado.
