Tillandsia seleriana is a species that is distributed from southern Mexico to Honduras, growing epiphytically in pine and quercus forests, from 200 meters to 2000 meters above sea level. It is a species that can have different shapes, some smaller, larger or small differences in the leaves. Its leaves are deep green in color and form a large pseudobulb, densely covered by huge trichomes, which give the plant a hairy appearance, and stand out more at the base. Its somewhat wavy leaves usually arch in one direction. Long floral bract that exceeds the leaves, pink in color, tubular lilac flowers. An amazing species that cannot be missing in a collection.
