Tillandsia albida is a species native to Mexico. It can be a fairly variable species in forms. This in particular is a more silvery leaf form and with a harder touch, it produces pups only after flowering. This species appreciates very bright places even with some direct sun. Very caulescent plant (grows along a stem), being able to reach more than 80 cm long! Over time it can form large groups. Red and yellow bract with white tubular flowers. Rustic, easy-care plant.
