Tillandsia usneoides is one of the most distributed species on the American continent, growing from the southern United States to Argentina. It grows epiphytically, reaching 3 meters in length, with its particular cascading growth, hanging from the branches of trees, from sea level to 3,300 meters. It is a very variable species in shapes. We could call this particular form 'standard' and it is characterized by its grayish leaves, of medium thickness. Tiny green flowers, lightly scented. Very resistant plant that is easy to care for.
