Species similar to Tillandsia ixioides, with leaves that are hard to the touch and white/silver in color due to the presence of fine trichomes, forming an open rosette. Pink floral bract that contrasts greatly with the color of its leaves. Yellow/cream flowers. Very resistant and easy-to-care plant, which creates spherical groups over time.
